BIG GRIZZ

Standing 8 foot tall, he was handcrafted for the TWO RIVERS Store at the Forks Market. This bear was carved out of an elm log with a diameter of 30 inches.  There are special regulations regarding the movement of elm wood as the dreaded Dutch Elm Disease spreads via the bark beetles. Thus I had to peel the log first at the location where it was cut before transporting it home!
